The Max-EV LSV models are. They comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and are legal on streets posted 35 mph or under. Each one carries a VIN and goes through DMV registration the same way a car does. Golf carts do not carry a VIN and cannot be titled or insured as motor vehicles on public roads. The LSV is a different legal classification.
Yes. Every personal cart build starts with a spec sheet. Body style, color finish, seating layout, wheel and tire package, audio, LED lighting, cargo accessories, and enclosures are all part of the process. There is no fixed floor model you are locked into.
